Encouragement in building--1 Thessalonians5:11

1Thess5:11 Therefore encourage one another and build up one another...

To me encouragement is like mortar in brick laying of building a house. Bricks are like all pieces of knowledge, but if we don't have the mortar, the encouragement to hold them together, they'll be shaky and not stable. But if we add encouragement in and spread it properly in between the bricks, it will be a strong wall when it's established and finished.
