Sing praise and give thanks -- Psalm 30

Ps30:4 "Sing praise to the Lord, you His godly ones, And give thanks to His holy name." Sing praise and give thanks....that's what David's created for and defines who he is.
Praise and thanksgiving turns our eyes from ourselves and our natural circumstances to God Himself. It's like yesterday's Bible study verse, the 5 loaf and 2 fish, and five thousand fed. If we look at ourselves, we just see our 5 loaf and 2 fish, but when we give thanks and sing praises, we'll start to get a revelation of who Jesus is, and how he can feed the 5 thousand not us. Praise and thanksgiving brings the heaven down to earth as He dwells in them. It will release a new faith that's beyond our understanding, as our vision of God Himself is renewed during praise and thanksgiving.
