That the King of glory may come in!- Joshua13, Psalm24

While fasting and praying this morning, this prayer comes out from my mouth,"Lift up your heads, O gates, And be lifted up, O ancient doors, That the King of glory may come in! Who is the King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle. ....The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory."(psalm24:7-10)

Coming back to Joshua, I was again reminded of the gate, Rehab, the sinners that the Lord has put in our pathways to save. It really stuck me yesterday as I was led to find out, that even though Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt, Joshua led the people possessing all the land and inherit the promised destiny, out of all these, by the end of the day, it all came and gone pass, and the most blessing, the generation bloodline blessing? It went through Rehab! Moses and Joshua were not part of the generation bloodline of Jesus, but Rehab is! In other words, the Lord is more interested in Rehab than Moses and Joshua! In an eternal picutre, Rehab's blessing is far greater than Moses' and Joshua's, as all the blessings through Jesus will come back to Rehab as well. Possessing the promised land has it natural meanings, but when we look after Rehab, we're possessing promised land in heaven that's far greater than on earth. Sometimes all we're focusing is where is our share of the land? But more importantly, we need to ask ourselves, where is our share in heaven? The truth is, if we seek after His kingdom and His righteousness first, our share on earth will be given to us as well as a result.
